We understand that you may have questions about our services and facilities, so we’ve compiled a list of the most commonly asked questions to help you make an informed decision about your pet’s care. What time is your check-in?

Check-in time is from 6:30pm-8:00pm onlyOur check-in and check-outs are in 15-min interval slot times.

WHAT TIME IS YOUR CHECK-OUT?

Check-out time is from 6:30pm-8:00pm only. Please be punctual. Any time later than 8:00pm will incur a $10 fee for every 30 minutes.

What are your payment options?

Payment must be made in full ONE WEEK before the start of the agreed boarding period. We accept payment in the form of cash or Interac e-mail transfer. Please send your payment to the following email address: cocoloco.booking@gmail.com.

When making the transfer, please ensure that the question for the transfer is COCO and the answer is LOCO. Please DO NOT put any messages or notes on the transfer. Leave it blank. Otherwise, your transfer will be DECLINED, and we will ask you to resend it.

Do you require a deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $50 must be paid at the time of booking to secure your reservation dates. This deposit is deducted to the total cost of your pet's stay. This non-refundable deposit must be paid within 3 days of reserving your stay, otherwise, your reservation will be forfeited and canceled. The non-refundable deposit is NON-RETURNABLE under any circumstances.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 7 days (one week) prior to the start of the boarding period so that we can accommodate new and waitlisted customers. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 6 days (less than a week) of the start of the boarding period, we cannot provide any refund.

What is included in the boarding fee?

The following are included in our boarding fee:

  • Midwest cage and liners for guinea pigs (max of three per cage)

  • Playpen 24" x 48" (single) 48" x48" (bonded/trio) for rabbits

  • Hideys, hay feeder, water bottle, dish and water bowls

  • Timothy hay

  • Oxbow pellets (guinea pigs)

  • Oxbow pellets (rabbits)

  • Fresh vegetables at night

  • Fresh water everyday

Where are you located?

We are conveniently located at 6968 Royal Oak Avenue, just beside the Royal Oak Station and the Royal Oak Carwash.

cAN we GO iNSIDE AND VISIT YOUR PLACE?

Coco Loco is an in-home pet boarding. It means that we take care of your pets in our humble home. We do not operate a small pet boarding facility that allows visits. We highly prioritize our privacy and therefore, only welcome our clients in the lobby of our building, and not in our unit. To alleviate any concerns you may have, we provide regular video and photo updates of your pets during their stay with us.
